In northern Germany, a canopy has been built that does more than just provide protection from the wind and weather. With its integrated photovoltaic system, it generates clean solar power right where it’s needed—at the electric vehicle charging stations.
Equipped with 156 SONNENKRAFT glass-on-glass modules, the system delivers a total output of 60.84 kWp, thereby making an important contribution to a sustainable charging infrastructure. The high-quality modules were installed using a low-maintenance dry-glazing technique that eliminates the need for silicone sealant entirely.
We are particularly proud of the way this project was carried out. This is precisely where Vivatro’s strength lies: photovoltaics, roofing, and electrical engineering—all from a single source. From module installation to sheet metal work and electrical implementation, our own specialists worked hand in hand. This ensures streamlined processes, seamless coordination among all trades, and solutions that are thought through down to the last detail.
A project that demonstrates: When photovoltaics, roofing, and electrical engineering work together seamlessly, the result is solutions that deliver added value—for today and for tomorrow’s energy supply.
