A rooftop system is the most classic and, in most cases, the best solution for your photovoltaic system.

With on-roof installation, the photovoltaic modules are mounted on a stable substructure directly above the existing roof covering. This construction method is particularly flexible and is suitable for almost all roof types - whether tiled, Eternit, sheet metal or flat roofs. Thanks to the natural ventilation, the modules remain efficient and durable.

The best yields can still be achieved by installing PV modules on the roof. It is not absolutely necessary for the roof to face south. An east-west orientation of the modules is often even the better choice, as the solar power is generated more evenly throughout the day and can therefore be better utilized.
