But sometimes even the best technology needs a check-up. To ensure that your PV system works reliably at all times and that you achieve optimum yields, we offer you two customized service packages:
PACKAGE A: REMOTE MONITORING | from € 70 per year
- Quarterly performance and function test via remote monitoring
- Test report conveniently by e-mail
- Telephone fault consultation
PACKAGE B: REMOTE MONITORING + ON-SITE MAINTENANCE | from € 125 per year
In addition to all services of package A:
- Annual on-site inspection
- Visual inspection of the modules (roof or drone)
- Check the AC / DC surge arresters
- Inverter inspection incl. software update
- Testing the communication systems
- Module string measurements (current, voltage)
- Detailed test report
