BIO-WÄRME-GLÖDNITZ has been reliably supplying the region with sustainable local heating from biomass for many years. The aim of the joint project was to supplement the existing energy generation in a meaningful way, significantly increase the share of self-generated electricity, and intelligently control energy use.
The combination of powerful solar modules, the large SKB-MAX storage unit, and an energy management system tailored to the customer's needs ensures maximum efficiency. For example, the energy management system allows the customer to use a market price optimizer: This allows electricity consumption to be shifted to times when electricity prices are particularly low, reducing costs and optimizing self-consumption.
The Vivatro team wasresponsible forthe entire implementation—from detailed planning and professional installation to commissioning. Particular attention was paid to the structural design, the clean integration of the facade modules, and the optimal integration of the storage system.
The result: greater energy self-sufficiency, lower operating costs, and a clear commitment to renewable energy.
