Into the future with the sun - Vivatro and Sonnenkraft turn the fall trade fair into an energy highlight
From 10 to 14 September 2025, together with SONNENKRAFT, we will be bringing the sun to the stage in Hall 1. Under the motto "With the sun into the future", visitors to the Klagenfurt Autumn Fair can expect a program full of knowledge, entertainment and chances to win - designed with the support of strong partners such as Kärntner Linien and the Kronen Zeitung.
Highlights at a glance
Right at the start of the trade fair on Wednesday, the award ceremony for the drawing competition held in the run-up to the trade fair will make children's eyes light up - the creative works on the theme of "Into the future with the sun" will be exhibited directly on the stage and the children can look forward to cool prizes.
There will also be specialist information on solar thermal energy and the Carinthian Lines switchover days, while interactive quizzes with instant prizes will get the public involved.
Thursday is all about action: we invite you to an autograph session with KAC professionals. There will also be valuable information on PV subsidies and the Raiffeisen energy communities, which provide affordable electricity for everyone, and Käntner Linien will be inviting you to "change trains"
Friday focuses on the future: renewable energies in the Kelag apprentice training program can be experienced at a "living construction site". The "Umsteiger-Tage" and solar thermal energy are also on the program. Musical highlight: Julia Steen live on stage,
Saturday belongs to the energy communities and exciting quiz rounds, before families take center stage on Sunday - with face painting, dancing, energy workshops and expert tips on electricity independence.
The grand finale will be the drawing of the big Sonnenkraft prize draw on Sunday at 2 p.m., with a complete PV system with storage as the main prize.
Directly opposite the stage, the Vivatro stand D09 invites visitors to discover, marvel and talk shop - together with strong partners, the future of energy is made tangible here.
