PV Installation Foreman (m | f | d)

Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, keeping track of everything, and motivating your team even when things aren't going so well? If so, we might be a good fit.

We're looking for a foreman for PV installation who knows how to successfully manage a construction site. Someone with experience working on roofs, in installation, or as an electrician—and who is eager to take on responsibility.

With us, you won't be installing the same system every day. Our projects are varied: from traditional pitched roofs and flat roofs to facade-mounted systems, carports, canopies, and custom solutions.

• You'll lead your installation team on the construction site
• You'll organize daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly
• You actively pitch in and are willing to do whatever it takes
• You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and safety
• You will serve as the point of contact for colleagues, project managers, and clients on-site
• You'll help turn good technicians into a strong team
• Competitive salary starting at €3,000 gross per month,
  (Higher salary possible depending on qualifications and experience)

What you bring with you

• Experience in solar panel installation, as an electrician, roofer, sheet metal worker, or installer
•  Enjoyment of hands-on work and working outdoors
• You can lead and motivate people
• You contribute ideas, find solutions, and are happy to take on responsibility
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Class B driver's license and, ideally, a Class BE trailer license
